Social Groups

Please explain the role of the following groups and the social functions they support or promote: School, family, Habitat for Humanity. I also need to define these groups in terms of primary and secondary classifications and I am not sure what is meant by that.  As far as the organization I volunteer for (Habitat for Humanity) I am trying to understand if any of Weber's five characteristics of an ideal bureaucracy are directly applicable to Habitat for Humanity? I am also looking for clarification on what some positive and negative ramifications of operating within a bureaucratic structure would be. I have to write a 2000 word paper on this information so I am not looking for someone to do my assignment for me. I am however looking for guidance.
