Affirmative Action/Organizational Behavior Class

I need some help with ideas and guidelines for the following (I will write the paper myself of course): Write a paper recommending to a company's board of directors that affirmative action policies be implemented. Include points supporting the recommendation and clearly address points that may be used against this recommendation. This should also address how affirmative action policy will relate to compliance with equal employment opportunity law. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
