I need help framing where to go with this assignment. What are some definitions of change management and discuss how they can be applied in solving opportunities during change. What do you feel is most important aspects for a CEO to consider in developing and implementing change with an organization? Why?

British Imperialism

Both Adam Smith and John Hobson declared British imperialism unsound national policy from a strictly economic standpoint. First, what did they mean by British imperialism? Second, explain why they agreed British imperialism was an economic burden on Britain, not a benefit. Then explain what were their differences, if any, in their analysis of British imperialism's real causes. Is Imperialism ever economically beneficial to the imperialist mother country? (according to Smith and Hobson) Is it beneficial in some other way? What is imperialism? Is it sometimes beneficial?

Obesity Epidemic in USA (trace causes)

Starting from the transition from feudalism to capitalism, sequentially trace the causes of the obesity epidemic in the USA right into the present? Does it have to do with the different diet/nutrition and influence of the fast food industry?? Can you pls tell me more or help me more about understanding it? Thanks!!

Food Industry and obesity

What is the food industry, who belongs in it, and how does it influence Americans' eating habits? To what extent, if any, is the food industry responsible for the obesity epidemic? Don't you think that consumers are exclusively responsible for this problem? The manufacturers/producers, seller, and consumers/buyers belong in the food industry. It influences americans buy eating/buying their products with ther ads and stuff.. esp. the fast food industry. it makes the food look so good, etc... targets children esp. Consumers are partly responsible because it's their personal individual choice to eat/purchase it or not. Can you elaborate on this. Thanks.
