Reposting - measuring anxiety with naturalistic observation and survey methods

I have to do a research project combining naturalistic observation with survey methods. I'd like to measure anxiety levels in a population following a natural disaster. I'm already at the site and ready to go but I still don't have the necessary instruments. I'd really appreciate some help with finding a reliable instrument I can use to measure anxiety levels with observation (I've searched and couldn't find one). It could be for instance something called "naturalistic observation anxiety scale" (that would be ideal!)
