How do the various theories of motivation predict behavior in organizations? Which theory do you agree with? Why?

I have been studying the effects of human motivation on organizational behavior and would like to hear from someone with extensive knowledge an explanation of how the different theories; instinct, drive and will, impact or predict behavior in organizations. I would also like to hear from that person which of the theories they most agree with and why. I think this will help me understand the information much better. It does not have to be extensive 200-300 words would be fine.
