How does a roller coaster create brain injury by impulsive inertial loading.

I have a subject who sustained acute  bilateral subdural hematomas.  I need to explain the mechanics of how this injury was sustained by subject who rode a roller coaster which accelerated from 0 to 54 mph in 4 seconds pulling 4.5 g's.  The point of contact was with the headrests and subjects head.
