How do I make a symbolical model for these two arguments?

1.  If keeping your manufacturing plants in the USA is not profitable then you should not keep the plants in the USA.  However, keeping your manufacturing plants in the USA is profitable.  Thus, you should keep the plants in the USA.

2.  Either Enron employees saw their retirement funds vanish due to a gap in the law concerning accounting procedures or due to unethical business practices.  If Enron Employees saw their retirement funds vanis due to either of these factors then new laws should b e passed to prevent this type of thing from happening again.  The obvious conclusion is that new laws should be passed to prevent this type of thing fom happening again.
