Structural analysis (Static equlibrium)

This object is at static equlibrium and we need to find all the reactons at all points. Our teacher said to neglect the 50kn force on the bucket and split it up on 25kn each on points H and I. Continuum mechanics-- material and spatial coordinate derivations

Need to finish derivations for a contiuum mechanics problem I found in a first course text book. unfortunately I am self teaching myself this topic and am somewhat unsure of my methodology in when to use x or X terms.
