Difficulty for solving a problem relating to a truss
How can I solve this problem below by the method of section. Because when I made a section, I always found 4 unknown for 3 equations of equilibrium. Working with boiler suspension bolts.
An HRT boiler is 4766mm long and 3533mm in diameter. It has 66 steel tubes with a diameter of 9mm. The total dry weight of the boiler is 2.565 tonnes. 4 bolts are to suspend the boiler. If each bolt has to be strong enough to support 1/2 the weight of a filled boiler, what will be the diameter of the bolts? Note: each bolt must not exceed 86 MPA.

Difficulty over a problem of friction about sleeve
How can I solve this problem below: The asking problem: A safety device used by workers climbing ladders fixed to high structures consists of a rail attached to the ladder and a sleeve which may slide on the flange of the rail. A chain connects the worker's belt to the end of an eccentric cam which may rotate about an axle attached to the sleeve at C.
