Help with determining mass and radius of planets

The instructor posted a formula that he used in Excel but there was no explanation. The formula: =6.67*POWER(10,-11)*3*POWER(10,25)/(64*POWER(10,12) The answer came to 3.27 in calculating G - My problem is understanding this because I have to calculate the mass and radius of 3 planets along with the graviational acceleration and then find the period of a 2 meter long pendulum on each planet for the assignment. None is this is making sense to me.
