Greatest Impact on Both World Wars

I would just like to have an expert opinion from someone. I would like to know what technological advancment had the greatest impact in shaping or deciding the outcome of WWI, The Interwar Period, and World II: the Tanks, Strategic Bombers, or Amphibious Warfare. I know each played a vital role; however, I'm looking for which of the three probably had the biggest role in deciding the overall outcome during these periods.
