There are many differences that have occurred over a 12 hour period in Quebec. These include: rain, Tendancy = 1.3 mb, wind blowing from the south-east at 42-50 km/h. 12 hours later there was no rain, the tendancy increased by 1.6 mb, the wind is blowing from the north-west at a speed of 14-22 km/h. Why have these changes occurred?

Comparison of two different regions and why the differences in temp and precipitation occur
Climate data was given for Kingston Ontario and Saskatoon. The average/annual temperature for saskatoon was 1.6C with the lowest temperatures occurring in January (-18.7) and the highest temperature occurring in July (18.8). The average/annual temperature for Kingston was 7.2C with the lowest temp being -7 in Jan and the highest temp being 20 in August.
