Choose an environmental health law (e.g. Clean Air Act, FIFRA, etc.) or an amendment to a law. Summarize the law and its purpose, using proper paraphrasing and quotation. If you choose an amendment, be sure to discuss the original law as well.

Environmental Health Law "Standard" described

Choose a type of standard that is derived from an environmental health law (e.g. a permissible exposure limit (PEL), a maximum contaminant level (MCL), etc). Discuss the overall purpose of this group of standards and which environmental law it stemmed from. (b)Find one specific standard in this group for any compound that you wish. You may choose a primary or secondary standard. Describe the standard, including what or who it is designed to protect and who enforces it. Be specific with a number value/limit for the standard.
