Compare and Contrast

I am to compare and contrast William Faulkner's "A Rose for Emily"and Edgar Allen Poe's "The Cask of Amontillado" plot, characters, setting, and point of view. I need to include some quotes from the short stories to illustrate my points. I have come of with some points but do not have enough to write a 1400 word paper. I really need help. I think I have read and reread these stories until I am brain dead.
