Thevenin's Theorem

I would like some one to show me how to work out the Thevenin Equivalent Voltage for the attached file. I have only put in resistors in the file the actual problem has a capacitor, resistor and an inductor but I have already converted them to equivalent resistances and worked out the Thevenin Impedance for the circuit.
