Logic circuit matching

See the attachment for 5 choices and their equivalent matches.  I think I have three right - please give feedback on your suggestions/answers - THANKS.
FOR CLARITY:
(i)To purchase the car, you must have 10,000 and a trade-in, or come up with another 2,000.
(ii)2 reps from management and 2 from the union must be in attendance for the arbitration meeting.  If a person from either group fails to show up, the meeting is called off.
(iii)To obtain a credit in the course, you must be registered and also pass at least one of the major tests.
(iv)A pair of kings or a pair of aces will win the hand.
(v)To qualify as a participant, you must attend at least one morning or afternoon session of either day of the conference.
