Euro has gained almost 30% against US$ in past two years. Is there any relationship between falling US dollar and strong EURO? Or is this just a coincidence? There does appear to be a relationship. Do the U.S. anti-trust laws limit U.S. participation in foreign markets? I know that they are more strict. I understand that the laws against monopolies eliminates economies of scale and scope.
