Depreciation

I downloaded the following file from your site and I compared it to mine. I don't understand why you added in the depreciation for all 8 months on line 14 instead of doing it for only five months. Please explain if I'm doing it wrong. Also for question 4, I answered the question as follows. If we look at the project from the aspect of it requiring more money, it would show us that the payback would extend out beyond the three years and therefore would make the project unacceptable. Our reasoning behind this is that the payback period is extremely close to three years and we can only increase the project by $9,375 to keep the project payback within the three year time period.
