Oscar Lange - Liberal Market Socialist Model

Hi!

Im looking for (point form preferably) the strengths and weaknesses of Oscar Lange's Liberal Market Socialist model.  I want to know what to look for in my readings.

(I have asked this question previously in the Political Science forum, but im looking for a more economic point of view, and in specific points so i can make arguements for or against Market Socialism in a paper)
