Ethical issues in computer Science

Hello,

This is Buvana Here.Iam currently doing a research on ethical and social issues for computers and internet.I have been doing somecase studies and am having some problems. I have attached a case study,which apprently is simple ,but I do no know how to base it on CIPS codes of ethics and utilitarian rights.This is an important case study and I really need some help on it. I have attached the case study for you.I kind of really need a wide explanantion
