I need help with a C programming code for palindromic number that will be use in Unix. First, the program is to generated a list of random number using the a seed value. Then, in that list, the program will have to find all palindrome number. The program check the number starting with the first generated number from the list. As the program tries to find the palindrome number, it must check to see whether the number belongs to the lychrels.dat or not.
