It is an explanation of the Complement Representation of Numbers.

There are two types of arithmetic operations in Computer.
                They are (1) integer arithmetic and (2) real arithmetic or floating point arithmetic.
                In integer arithmetic it deals only the integers. But in real arithmetic or floating point arithmetic it deals with
                real numbers.
