hydrogen peroxide/ catalase -- investigating substrate concentration--- michaelis equation query?

I have come across a major stumbling block with my kinetics (michaelis equation). Aim: I am investigating the changes of hydrogen peroxide concentration on the rate of decomposition of catalase. Outline of method: The apparatus involve yeast(catalase), hydrogen peroxide, a 100cm3 gas syringe to collect oxygen. I am calculating the volume of gas collected in 30 seconds. The concentrations I plan to do are 0.1M, 0.5M, 1M, 2M, 4M. The concentration of the yeast is 10g of bakers yeast granules dissolved in 100g of water. How do I predict using the michaelis equation the volume of oxygen collected for the 5 given concentrations? in order which to make a prediction of the gr... click for more
