Experiment to determine the affinity for competitive antagonists at cholinoceptors in isolated tissues All the information is in the attached files. The first 3 files provide a description of what the experiment was about, how we carried it out, and theory etc. I have not been able to attach these files however, can email them on request. The calculations file are the calculations for the experiment and you need to use these to justofy results etc. What i want you to do is look at the attachment "write-up guideline" and provide a detailed solution and response to the RESULTS, DISCUSSION & A VERY BRIEF ADDITONAL SECTION areas.

Hi, I have attached 2 calculations file. Using those calcuations, I am supposed to draw a log graph, However, I am totally clueless as to how I am supposed to proceed with it in regards to obtaining curves etc. Therefore, If somebody could start me off and give me an indiaction or explanation as to how I am supposed to draw the graph, I would be grateful. Thanks PS I know there is no log graph attached but if somebody could maybe draw a sample on word or other application it would be great.
