Warming of Ocean Water - Effect on Ocean Life

Recent research shows that ocean water off southern California has warmed by 2-3 degrees F (1-1.5 degrees C) over the past four decades, possibly due to the green house effect. This warming has led indirectly to a depletion of nutrients in the water and thus a decline in photosynthetic protists such as diatoms. What effects is this warming likely to have for the life in the oceans?

These are a few questions I'm having trouble with....

A. Lizards often lie in the sun in the mourning. Why? B. Basking sharks swim close to the surface of the water and appear to be sunning themselves like lizards. In fact, however, they are feeding on plankton. Why might a land-dwelling creature like lizard need to sun itself, while a water-dwelling creature like a shark does not? C. Some species of lungfish breathe only air; they have no gills, and will drown if forced underwater. Why might it be an advantage for lungfish to breathe air even though they live in water? D. Anthropods and birds both molt. For witch of these creatures is molting most dangerous? please explain by comparing the two moltingpro-cesses.
